Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the poster when appropriate. Repeat infringers may have access restricted.
Counter-Notification
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court. We may restore the material as allowed by law.
False Claims
Misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
